Searching for hits is in our name, and it is what we do best. With our fresh new compound library, state-of-the-art infrastructure and advanced chemoinformatics platform, we find the sweet spot between biology and chemistry to propel your drug discovery programs to the next level.
Our laboratory infrastructure, with dedicated liquid handling, detection, and incubation equipment, includes specific work areas for radioisotope use and for enhanced biosafety requirements. Compound, intermediate and assay plates are tracked seamlessly by barcode, creating a complete audit trail, which allows all results to be tracked back to their source, and enables data evaluation tailored to your projects.
We perform screening campaigns in assay volumes of as little as 5 microL. Our modular, semi-automated screening stations allow for the highest degree of flexibility. We employ a wide range of detection modalities, with particular emphasis on radioisotopic capabilities for screening campaigns with a range of different radionuclides (3H, 33P, 35S, 125I).
We are further equipped to measure various fluorescence modalities, such as fluorescence intensity, fluorescence polarization, time-resolved fluorescence, Ca2+-indicator and FMP-dyes, absorbance, luminescence, and AlphaScreen® signals.
Rigorous quality assurance measures are applied in all phases of a hit discovery campaign.
Combining these activities with our expertise in data mining and hit calling, you will get validated hits annotated with concentration response profiles and detailed compound activity reports, in a format customized to fit your data repository requirements.
